I went for a bike ride this morning.

My friend Bruce showed me the excellent bike paths around the north of Brisbane. In the end we rode about 20k’s from Toombul Shopping Town to Nudgee Beach and didn’t have to mess with the traffic which I always had to do when riding a bike on the Gold Coast, which is one of the more dangerous pursuits you will ever undertake there.

Kind of inspired me to get my own bike again (sold the last one on EBay in 2005) and explore the rest of the bike paths around Brisneyland.
