Investing & Franchise Expo Gifts

One of the original dwellings from my suburb. This building dates back to the 1860’s if memory serves correctly (though definitely some time in the late 1800’s) and was home to one of the founding families who owned most of the nearby area which was all farmland back then.

Tack anything finishing with the word ‘Beach’ or ‘Water’ onto a suburb name and you are likely to do wonders for your property value.
This is a photo of Nudgee Beach, but it all looks like mud flats to me.
