Coffee Free – Update

It’s been three weeks since I have kicked my coffee habit and all is well!
I don’t miss it at all and I find I’m drinking about half as much tea as the coffee replacement.

Well it’s hard to imagine when you are melting in February but it’s time for a heater in Brisbane.
A trip to the local Bunnings revealed an impressive array of empty shelves in the heating section however. All that was left was a fairly wimpy bar heater.
Right… I’m off to order an air conditioner now..

Caffeine Headache

Day two of my no coffee drive and I have a slight headache.
I don’t think my coffee habit is very good, so a direct substitution for tea has been made. Truth is I don’t really miss it, more of a conditioned habit that a physical addiction I think, despite the headache.
